Accounting Clerk I (Admin Coordinator)
**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Audit and balance reports from previous day shifts

+ Respond to guest inquires, concerns and complaints as needed

+ Assist with mid month and end of month close

+ Responsible for reconciling the site's credit card transactions

+ Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records

+ Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department

+ Research accounting discrepancies

**Job Requirements**

+ Familiarity with basic accounting procedures (Accounting background is an asset)

+ Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office

+ Ability to work effectively in an innovative, fast-paced and multi-tasked environment

+ Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet

+ Flexible schedule to include weekends

+ Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload

+ A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently
