**SELLING MANAGER**



**TEXAS AREA**



**San Antonio (New Owner and Ownerpositions available at this location)**




**The Selling Manager role will directly manage and support nomore than three sales professionals. The Selling Manager will report directlyto a Sales Manager. Additionally, a Selling Manager must continue to executetheir own personal production standards by hosting appointments with 20-25assigned customers per month.**





**DUTIES** **(** The defined tasks are inclusive of but not limited to all duties
associated with the Selling Manager role)






+ This position isresponsible for achieving defined sales targets both individually and bysupporting his or her own direct reports.

+ This position willcontribute to the selection and development of sales staff members.

+ This position isresponsible for maintaining a high level of sales integrity and customersatisfaction.

+ A Selling manager will represent the company'sethics and values in a professional manner.

+ The Selling Manager is responsible formaintaining the compliance of company standards, rules and regulations. Inaddition, the Selling Manager will be required to enforce all companypolicies in respect to their direct reports.

+ The Selling Manager is responsible forcreating and delivering regularly scheduled sales training to his or herown direct reports on a weekly basis.

+ A Selling Manager will be responsible forfloor meeting content and will be required to attend most managerfunctions/ meetings both inside and out of the confines of the work day.

+ The Selling Manager is required to displaya mastery of current product knowledge and corporate program initiatives.In addition, the Selling Manager is required to meet with their localQuality Assurance team as a focus on the improvement of sale retention.

+ Selling Managers are not required to, butmay be asked to become certified in the role of Specialist Presenter.


**REQUIREMENTS**




+ 1 year of vacationownership sales experience

+ High School Diplomaor GED Equivalent

+ 1 year of previousmanagement in sales, retail, marketing, or customer service

+ Bachelor's Degree orHigher preferred

+ Incentive BasedRecognition or Awards preferred (President's Club/ Council Recipient;miscellaneous achievements including trips; KY Derby/ WyndhamChampionship/ ARDA)



**PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITIES**




+ Strong Leadership Presence

+ Expertise in the coaching, training, andoverall developments of subordinates

+ Comprehensive mastery of all steps of thesales with a focus on rapport building, negotiation, accurate assessmentof customer needs, and creating value and urgency

+ Creative articulation and communication of the

+ Strong working knowledge of basic computerprograms, including excel (for reporting), Outlook for emailcommunication, and local programs including Hyperion and WorksheetCreation

+ Displays characteristics and behavior thatrepresent the ideals of the floor environment in alignment with thestrategic initiatives of the company

+ Strong proven history of sales closing
