Description of Job Duties

1. Perform custodial maintenance of Campus Recreation facilities to include; cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, waxing, polishing, and scrubbing tile work, floors, stairways, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices and building lobbies.
2. Clean and maintain restrooms and locker rooms.
3. Clean and maintain large activity spaces including; gyms, weight rooms, indoor track, racquetball courts.
4. Clean, dust, polish, and move furniture.
5. Polish nickel and brass work.
6. Remove and empty paper recycling bins, waste baskets, and trash boxes.
7. Clean and maintain drinking fountains.
8. Replace burned out light bulbs.
9. Respond to emergency situations including leaks and spills.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
