**Description**



Create weekly arrivals forecast for department. Compare daily tour reception reports and report any discrepancies to the In-House Marketing Manager. Assist in clearing all tours still in PT status. Maintain inventory of office items used by department. Assist in department payroll preparation. Validate daily CRS reports. Write tours as necessary, coaching and new hire training. Other duties as directed by In-House Marketing Manager



**Qualifications**



Knowledge of In-House procedures. Computer skills. Knowledge of CRS system. Excellent attendance; multi-tasking ability. Ability to remain calm during stressful situations created by guests.
