Omnichannel Programs & Integration Executive

Purpose of Job
Develops the strategic and operational plan for an integrated, omni-channel member experience across all of Bank distribution channels (physical, virtual, digital, phone) to improve acquisition, drive deeper relationships and deliver a consistently improving overall member experience.
Additionally, the incumbent in this role will partner across a matrix-managed organization to influence and optimize the distribution strategy and execution across Digital, Enterprise Business Solutions, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Strategy, as well as the P&C and FASG businesses.
Job Requirements
Identifies and addresses channel risk and compliance issues, to include sales practices, to enhance organizational safety and soundness.
Effectively monitors and oversees the various channel Centralized Supervision, Quality Assurance, and Process Excellence practices ensuring all Bank channel operators have the tools necessary to operate with disciplined execution in alignment with changing risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Supports the Bank Strategy through the development of the Bank Channel Strategy as well as the annual Bank Operating Sales & Service Plan that integrates the phone channel, chat channel, mobile, .com, Financial Centers, and ATMs.
This plan includes member, product, and revenue growth, workforce demands, and coordinated enterprise software development.
Represents USAA Bank on multiple enterprise committees (Leads & Offers, Personalization, Sales & Service) and provides support by representing Bank Omnichannel in Adaptive Planning and Strategic Planning.
Responsible for representing the Bank in Enterprise distribution, channel, and sales and service forums in order to drive alignment and ensure the delivery of integrated tools and capabilities .
Focuses existing innovation, digital, and design resources to responsibly solve key channel pain points and develop emerging channel capabilities.
*Minimum Education:*
Bachelor's Degree
4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
*Minimum Experience:*
10 or more years of progressive related experience developing strategies, managing major initiatives and delivering results within a complex
matrix environment required.
6 or more years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams required.
Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing work to achieve strategic goals required.
Executive-level business acumen in the areas of business operations, industry practices and emerging trends required.
