**Wyndham Destinations isseeking Summer Sales and Marketing Interns in 2018.**

**Intern Training will begin on June 18, 2018. Training Datesare: 6/18/18-6/22/18 and 6/25/18-6/29/18; 9 AM- 5 PM Daily**

+ **Start Date: June 18, 2018**

+ **End Date: August 12, 2018(this date can be altered, but all interns are required to work throughJuly 31, 2018.**

+ **Pay: $12.50/ Hour +Commission and Bonus**

+ **Schedule: All interns arerequired to work 5 days/ week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are requiredwork days. Your days off will be Monday/ Tuesday, Tuesday/Wednesday, OR Wednesday/ Thursday.**

+ **Hours will vary during thesummer. Most days will begin at 10 AM and end at 5 PM. You will know yourschedule 1 month in advance.**

**Sales Internship Overview:**

**Interns will:**

+ Learnto sell a luxury product in a face to face environment

+ Establishcommonality and build rapport with prospective owners

+ Articulateall features and benefits of the product

+ Initiatethe close of your own sales

+ Processtransactions

+ Generatesales volume by successfully executing the required steps of the sale

**Interns will be required to:**

+ Attendall training days in the first 2 weeks

+ Passand Graduates New Hire Training

+ Attendand complete New Hire, "You're the One," Orientation

+ Attendall ongoing training, including the 13 modules of Road to SuccessTraining, following New Hire Training

+ Completethe assigned group project by August 1 s t


+ **1 year ofcustomer service, guest related, retail, or HRT experience required**

+ **Allstudents must be at least 18 years of age**

+ **All MajorsWelcome!**

+ **Salesexperience preferred, but not required**

+ **Mustcomplete a multi-tiered interview process**

+ **Must beable to pass a criminal background check**

+ **Must beauthorized to work in the United States**

+ **Must be acollege student actively pursuing a degree; you do not have to be enrolledin summer courses**
