**Position Summary:**

Handle the daily activities of the Gifting desk by providing excellent customer service to all guests and sales staff. Interact with the Front Desk for smooth transition from tour to gifting process.

**Job Time Frame:**

Seasonal role starts May 25th 2018 - September 8th 2018

**Job Responsibilities** :

Greeting tour guests and distribution of gifts.

Accurate input of gifting information into CRS.

Answer telephones and guest questions in a pleasant and professional manner.

Assist department manager with special projects as needed

Must be able to work evenings and weekends

**Minimum Qualifications:**

Minimum of 1 year clerical or retail experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Experience in providing top quality customer service to our San Antonio La Cascada visitors

General Data entry experience

Positive and upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
