**Coordinator, Contract Compliance I**







**Job Type - Seasonal Role May 1st 2018 - September 5th 2018**


**Position Scope**





This position is first line support between corporate centralized contract processing center and site sales liaison in the preparation of timeshare contracts for prospective owners to ensure contractual compliance with company rules, regulations, and legal restrictions. This position is responsible for verifying, validating, reviewing, and auditing of contractual documents. This position may handle inventory on-call issues. This position may also provide support to site Administrative Leaders. This position has a rotating shift.





**Job Expectations/Performance**





Contract Processing:




+ Key and process new contract sales for WVR and WBW sales sites within established timeline

+ Verify worksheet accuracy

+ Validate sales figures of worksheet to SalePoint, resolving any discrepancies

+ Audit contract quality

+ Input sales information into CRS

+ Inventory on-call (in absence of centralized contract manager)

+ Protects and ensures compliance with PCI and PII in accordance with Wyndham SOP

+ Provide timely feedback on processes helping strengthen business acumen for department

+ Maintain effectiveness while experiencing constant change in new work structure, processes, requirements or culture.

+ Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in an acceptable manner.

+ Quickly learn and achieve satisfactory technical and professional skills/knowledge; keep up with current development and trends.







Contract Imaging




+ Prepare contracts received from sales sites to be imaged and review for quality.

+ Image contracts

+ Deliver contracts to WCF by established timeline





Special projects as requested by management

**Minimum Qualifications Required**




+ High School Diploma

+ 1-2 years experience in customer service

+ 10,000 - 12,000 key strokes

+ 1-2 years experience in data entry

+ 1-2 years working with Microsoft Office Applications

+ Able to work in stressful situations

+ Ability to positively interact with others





**Preferred Qualifications**




+ 1-2 years site contracts experience

+ Mortgage/Loan/Timeshare experience preferred

+ Proficient in Wyndham Vacation Ownership operating systems including but not limited to CRS, SalePoint, Mainframe/CSS, RCC, Payment Gateway, Client Application, Wyndham Owner Worksheet/Lookup Tool, ACS, and Microsoft Application
